I’m Dick Gandt, a Coast Guard veteran, father of six, and five term member of Topsfield’s Select Board. I am pleased to give my enthusiastic endorsement to Dan Kelly of Ipswich as our next State Representative for the 2nd Essex District.

Dan has the drive, integrity and warm-hearted personality to make a difference. When we’re dealing with unnecessary tax increases, energy costs, and burdensome state-imposed regulations, Topsfield needs a rep on Beacon Hill who will work cooperatively, but decisively, to make life more affordable.
