These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of votedankelly.com and any website pages, forms, communications, text messaging programs, features, or services operated by or on behalf of the Committee to Elect Dan Kelly, referred to in these Terms as the “Campaign,” “we,” “us,” or “our.”
By accessing or using the website, submitting information, making a contribution, signing up to volunteer, requesting a yard sign, or enrolling in Campaign communications, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and acknowledge our Privacy Policy.

The website provides information about Dan Kelly’s campaign for Massachusetts State Representative in the 2nd Essex District.

You are responsible for ensuring that you are authorized to provide any telephone number, email address, mailing address, photograph, testimonial, or other information you submit.
Submitting a volunteer form, yard sign request, event registration, or contact form does not guarantee that the Campaign will be able to fulfill the request or respond within a specific period.
Information submitted through the website will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Campaign Contributions
Campaign contributions may be processed through a third-party payment provider such as Anedot. The payment provider may have separate terms and privacy policies governing its services.
By making a contribution, you represent that:
The contribution is made from your own funds unless otherwise lawfully disclosed
The contribution complies with applicable campaign finance laws
You are eligible to make the contribution
The information you provide is accurate
The contribution is not made in the name of another person
You understand that legally required contributor information may be reported to governmental authorities and made publicly available
Contributions are subject to applicable contribution limits, eligibility requirements, reporting obligations, and Campaign acceptance. The Campaign may reject or refund a contribution when required by law or when the Campaign determines that accepting it would be inappropriate.
Unless otherwise required by law, contributions are not purchases of goods or services and may not be refundable merely because a contributor later changes their political preference.
SMS and MMS Messaging Terms
Program Name
The text messaging program is operated by the Committee to Elect Dan Kelly in support of Dan Kelly’s campaign for Massachusetts State Representative.
Consent to Receive Messages
By entering your mobile telephone number and affirmatively opting in, you agree to receive recurring SMS and MMS text messages from or on behalf of the Committee to Elect Dan Kelly at the telephone number you provided.
Messages may be sent using automated technology or a campaign messaging platform.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of making a contribution, volunteering, supporting Dan Kelly, attending an event, requesting a yard sign, or using the website.
You represent that you are the subscriber or customary user of the telephone number provided and that you are authorized to consent to receive messages at that number.

Messages may include:

Policy and issue information
Event announcements and invitations

Yard sign and campaign-material coordination

Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on Campaign activity and may increase around events, filing deadlines, early voting, Election Day, or other significant campaign periods.
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier’s messaging and data charges may apply to messages sent or received under this program.
Opting Out
Reply STOP to any Campaign text message to unsubscribe.
The Campaign will also honor other reasonable opt-out requests, including END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT, or a clear request asking us to stop sending messages.
After you opt out, you may receive one final text message confirming that your request has been processed. No additional marketing or Campaign messages will be sent through that program unless you later provide new consent.
Opting out of text messages does not automatically unsubscribe you from Campaign emails. Email preferences must be managed separately.

Carrier Disclaimer
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your wireless service provider and is not guaranteed. The Campaign is not responsible for delays, delivery failures, device incompatibility, carrier filtering, network outages, or other circumstances outside the Campaign’s reasonable control.
Telephone Number Changes
You agree to notify the Campaign or opt out before discontinuing, transferring, or changing ownership of a mobile telephone number enrolled in the Campaign’s messaging program.
Mobile Privacy
No mobile information will be shared by us with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties unless required by law.

Email Communications
By voluntarily providing your email address or subscribing to Campaign communications, you may receive campaign updates, volunteer information, event announcements, fundraising appeals, election information, and other Campaign-related messages.
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails by following the unsubscribe instructions included in the email.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the website and its content are owned by, licensed to, or used with permission by the Campaign.

You may view, share, or link to publicly available Campaign content for personal, informational, journalistic, or political-discussion purposes, provided that you do not materially alter the content or falsely represent that the Campaign endorses you, your organization, or your use.
Commercial use, unauthorized reproduction, impersonation, or misleading use of Campaign branding is prohibited without written permission.
Content Submitted to the Campaign
If you voluntarily submit a testimonial, photograph, video, endorsement, statement, or other content with the understanding that it may be published, you grant the Campaign a nonexclusive, royalty-free right to use, reproduce, edit for length or formatting, publish, display, and distribute that content for lawful Campaign purposes.
The Campaign will not be obligated to publish submitted content and may remove or decline content at its discretion.
You represent that you have the right to submit the content and that its authorized use will not violate another person’s rights.
Private communications, ordinary contact-form submissions, and personal information are not treated as public endorsements merely because they are submitted to the Campaign.
Third-Party Websites and Services
The website may contain links to third-party websites or services, including donation processors, social media platforms, news organizations, event websites, mapping services, video platforms, and other external resources.
The Campaign does not control independently operated third-party websites and is not responsible for their content, availability, security, privacy practices, or terms.

Your use of a third-party service is governed by that service’s own terms and policies.
Election and Voter Information
The Campaign may provide dates, deadlines, polling information, voting resources, or links to governmental election information.
We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate information, but election rules, polling locations, deadlines, and official guidance may change. You should confirm critical voting information with the Massachusetts Secretary of the Commonwealth or your local election official.
